I have been in the Health and Wellness Industry for over 20 years. My first love of Pilates arose out of my own failing health issues of hormonal imbalances, which led to PCOS and infertility. I am the owner, founder, and CEO of Simply Grounded Yoga/Pilates. SGYP was established in 2019 to help cultivate a sense of community in our area. With a B.H.S, and well rounded in all areas of fitness and wellness, with certifications in the areas of the physical, mindfulness, nutritional and emotional bodies. Specializing in Yoga Therapy. I usually work one-on-one with clients until they feel comfortable to do their work on their own.
