Transformative, integrative, healing yoga therapy! By integrating the tools of Yoga, through Movement (Asana), Breath (Pranayama) and Mindfulness (Pratyahara) one can begin to heal the Physical, Emotional, Mental, Social & Spiritual body. Yoga is all inclusive as is our mission and commitment to heal ourselves and others.








I have been in the Health and Wellness Industry for over 20 years. My first love of Pilates arose out of my own failing health issues of hormonal imbalances, which led to PCOS and infertility. I am the owner, founder, and CEO of Simply Grounded Yoga/Pilates. SGYP was established in 2019 to help cultivate a sense of community in our area. With a B.H.S, and well rounded in all areas of fitness and wellness, with certifications in the areas of the physical, mindfulness, nutritional and emotional bodies. Specializing in Yoga Therapy. I usually work one-on-one with clients until they feel comfortable to do their work on their own. YOGA THERAPY~ Working with the Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social and Spiritual bodies to help  cultivate a sense of wholeness. Specializing in the areas of PTSD, Trauma Informed, Depression. Anxiety and many others. I typically work with Veterans, Seniors, Peri/Menopausal women and Children & Teens.
AYURVEDA/NUTRITION~ Nutrition plays a huge role in supporting ones self in all areas of wellness.  'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.' A famous quote by Hippocrates.
HORMONAL HEALTH~ Sometimes due to either mid-life changes, chronic stress or any other reasons, our hormones can become unbalanced causing havoc within our bodies. (weight gain/loss, acne, cysts, sleeping disorders, etc)


I can't express in words alone how much you've helped in guiding me in the direction I needed to go, to help heal me to the best of my ability. I continue to grow and gain strength each and everyday I can work with you. I'm truly blessed from the first day I meet you and started training with you. I look forward to continue my journey of healing even on my worst days. Stephanie is an amazing person, and Personal Trainer. I had a stroke on 12/30/2018 and it left me with paralysis / weakness on my right side. My weight was 465 pounds. With the guidance of Stephanie today we are working on my right side. My right arm is slowly coming round, and on my right leg it is getting stronger by the day, and my weight has dropped to 268 pounds, almost 200 pounds lost.
